Our mission is to support the maturation and realization of innovative healthcare solutions for the benefit of staff, patients, and citizens –locally, nationally, and globally.

This can include anything from treatment-related medical equipment to other products and systems that can optimize clinical work; for example, improving work environments, changing clinical processes, decision support, streamlining diagnostics and monitoring, or something entirely different.

How do we do this?

We achieve this, among other things, by processing and contributing to the development of submitted ideas, issues, and inventions.

Submissions can come from all corners of the healthcare sector, including employees, healthcare professionals (clinicians, researchers, nurses, etc.), patients, relatives, as well as other actors and stakeholders. Learn more about the services we offer and how we handle submissions:

The Innovation Clinic assesses how best to solve your problem or how your idea or invention can be realized – whether it is a patentable and marketable product, or process improvements of daily tasks and routines in hospitals and healthcare facilities.

Projects and Initiatives

We collaborate with academic environments, industry, and other stakeholders in the healthcare sector, such as general practices and municipalities, at both local, national, and international levels to provide future health solutions. Collaborations may be initiated by submissions, as well as inquiries from industry or healthcare stakeholders regarding strategies and goals for the development of health solutions.

Projects originate from submitted ideas, issues, or inventions from employees or citizens, some of which are based on daily clinical work or experiences in the hospital, and while others originate from novel research results.
